LE DOUBLE "L" :

Active or relaxing holidays, both are possible at the Double L.

The Double L : stone construction, ancient silk-worm farm consisting of a group Gîte (15 places) and 3 country Gîtes (5 places each) ajoining the landowners property.
Access to Rosières village is possible by means of the footbridges crossing the river ‘La Beaume’

Various hiking trails start from the gîte.
The chestnut tree and the silk worm
The museums.
The vineyards
The caves and caverns
The historical villages

The regions particularity : the carrefour of the Oc language and the Oil language with that of the nearby regions of Provence and the Cevennes :

The local Fuana and Flora : very varied and accessible (beavers, river birds and mediterranean trees and plants.

 A GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE THREE GÎTES :

Approved : for baby, walking and cycling, materiel and maps at disposition.

Description : south facing equiped and furnished garden layed to lawn with table, chairs, loungers, hammock, barbecue permitting outdoors meals February - March.

Each Gîte its own terrace with large sunshade and garden furniture. Individual shaded parking.

The interier of both Gîtes are spacious and furnished and amply equiped with cupboard space, washing machine, iron and board, microwave oven.
The essentials for Baby are available on demand : cot, bath and pushchair.

Bedding hire is available on demand : price of 5€ per person and per stay, 3€ for towels.
The cleaning is assured before the arrival of each new tenant.
The cleaning is the responsibility of each tenant during and at the end of each stay.
The cleaning upon leaving can be assured by the owner at a cost of 30€.

Each Gîte is equally equiped with a fold down couche if needs be.

At your disposition :

• An enclosed and equiped swimming pool (14M x 7M with diving board) from April to October, 1m depth of 2.40 m.
• A games park with swings, roudabout and slide.
• Table tennis and table football.
• Board games, books, documentation, maps, etc...
